This informational website was designed in 2004 during the pre-construction phase of this recently renovated center. Poway Plaza is a regional retail center consisting of two buildings for a total of 93,972 square feet of shop space on more than 329,000 square feet of land. The property is located on the Southwest corner of Poway Road and Community Road. Poway City Hall is directly across the street from the Southern side of the property.
Our vision for Poway Plaza when we started the renovation was to improve a diamond in the rough, enhancing both the property and the community. Working closely with the City of Poway, we embarked on a plan to upgrade the facade to provide a more Spanish Colonial feel to the center. The enhancements improved visitor parking and access through a clearer, consolidated main entrance, and added an outside seating area to the Northwest corner of the property creating a place for the community to enjoy.
